Cadet Rank Structure

Cadets typically progress through the enlisted ranks before advancing to officer ranks. 

Rank insignia will be worn on the collar to indicate the cadet's rank. 

Promotion to a higher rank is based on performance, leadership abilities, academic standing, and time in grade.
